  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Looks like pixhost is down atm. It's been kinda slow the past day or so. Hopefully they fix the server and it's not gone for good.

    It wasn't showing the pictures when you click on them to view them. Also would be a blue box when you post them.

    It seems like it was a glitch. :)

    Does anyone else have a problem with imgcredit.xyz filehost? My virus protection keep blocking it as dangerous site claiming it's infected by URL: Phishing...

    Could be just AVG acting up, but that is the only filehost it currently blocks.

    It's not a single thread... it's every thread that have posts using imgcredit.xyz as filehost that get flagged and blocked by AVG which names the site as "dangerous webpage" with threat being named as URL: Phising. I mostly run into it in various Social Media Celebrities megathreads where only posts using that host get blocked while all the other show up as normal.

    Problem have been going on for about a week or so now and even updates to AVG doesn't change anything...

    It has been reported as False Positive to Avg as it is an image hosting site and can in no way be involved in Phishing. We are working with AVG and Norton to get it whitelisted.

    Following is the reply I've received just now. AVG is not giving the false warning anymore

    Hello,

    We have now cleared its reputation in our database based on the findings and removed the detection. This change may take up to 24 hours to take full effect. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience caused.

    If the detection persists after 24 hours, update the virus database in AVG anti-virus and reply to this email with the attached files:
    1.Take a screenshot of the AVG detection dialog (Threat Secured pop-up with See details - displayed at the bottom).
    2.Take a screenshot of the AVG virus database (open AVG antivirus and go to Menu > About).
