Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Cigs really raise your bp. According to the doc on tuesday, each cig is about 5 pts for 24 hours.

    by that measure, a reasonably healthy man @ 120/80 smokes 4 cigs in one day, he's now at 140/100, just starting pre-hypertension. :(
