    start your own comp service business. It's so easy given what you know. Charge about 2/3 the going shop house call rate and with good word of mouth you'll be rolling in no time.

    You must have papers for administration work and some other laws. With all the computershops around here competition is also large. Some belong to big firm and those can put a little on out of business if they want

    Most of the comp shops around here have died out due to big business and way too high hourly rates. Why spend $115 an hour on service time when you can buy a whole new system for $499? That's why I'm running cheap rates. $50 an hour 2 hour mini, no parts. Business license is about $500, accountant $350 per month, business park doorfront $370, advertising $500 per month all the rest is mine :)

    Heh, I used to be 4-5 of those people, now I just dont give a shit. Anytime I see that stupid Casablanca ripoff anti-piracy thing i just seed a couple of that companys products somewhere. If it's convenient I just pick up movies at pawnshops for $1 or 2. It's only specifics like this one or Poirot movies that I hit Vintage Stock or somewhere like that. It's rare I buy new stuff. I hate to give the overpriced bastards any more profits.
