While Im out I think I will stop by the market and pick up a few groceries also.

 

I wish I had my truck fixed. I need to take some bags of garbage to the dump while Im out. I hate to put those in the trunk of the car.

I might just call the auto parts store to see if they have the parts I need for my truck, and pick those up while Im out.

 

Weather man calling for a 90 percent chance of thunderstorms from 3pm to 10pm.

 

That sucks! Maybe I should cut the grass today before it rains.

 

Naw, I dont think I will do that. I think I will wait until tomorrow like I planned.

Nope just got off the phone with the auto parts store. I had to check to make sure he have the brake parts for my truck before I go there latter this afternoon.

 

I will have to take my car when I go to get it inspected. We must get all vehicles inspected once a year, and I only have 2 days left to get the car inspected before the current inspection sticker expires.

 

That's the same as it's here, only new cars don't have to get that for 3 years

 

I wish we had that. Even new cars must get inspected every year. Depending which county or state you live in here they are more strict on certain things. Like emission/pollution control, exhaust leaks, cracked windows, etc.

 

I never had a new car myself, i rather buy a cheaper older car

The State of Florida did away with auto inspections about 30 years ago......determined the benefits did not out weigh the cost....and there were many counterfeit inspection stickers.....also people would take good tires off of one car to get another car thru inspection amoung other things and parts. I am glad they revoked the program....it was a major pain in the ass.

Just had a small thunderstorm pass over.....dropped 0.25 inches of rain and dropped the temperature by about 15 degrees F.
