  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    When I had my 1962 VW bus, it would not pass inspection on the rear brakes.....the machine did not register sufficient braking force....I had to back onto the machine and hit the brakes in order to pass.....the vehicle was so light that the trailing wheels had little "weight" on them under hard braking....The next time I had to get it inspected, I put 500 pounds in the back so it would pass the braking test.

    Yup, thats what Im thinking..... I hate to do it, but I might still go in a little while. I wouldnt be in this tight of a spot, but my brother game me the car about 2 weeks ago. I have been doing a little work to it to get it ready. I usually try to get in around the middle of the month ahead of the crowd.

    I thought they were just random bystanders or the guy that did it, his friends. I assumed the car owner had parked there and left to go somewhere else.
