Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     We have to get them once a year, and just like you said its a pain in the ass. I went yesterday and there were 2 people ahead of me. I waited for a while and told the guy I would come back today. Every year I end up making at least 2 or 3 trips before I succeed.

    I'm lucky because in my county I don't have to go through the emissions BS. Both vehicles still have to be hooked up to the computer, but the results are irrelevant.

    Yup, thats the way my county is. However the guy I go to wont even bother to hook it up to the computer. Hell he might not even pull a wheel off. Depends on what kind of a mood he's in :)

    Well, the state requires hook-up. Everything is logged by barcodes now. Put a lot of country mechanics out of the inspection business. :(

    Yep, that's an edit ofthe 1973 DeathDealer painting. I have an original numbered print of that carefully rolled up in a tube in my storage unit. About 18x30. I got it from a guy when i worked at a little used bookstore about 17-18 years ago.
