Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    You're right it is pointless at this time. Holecard has left, and may or may not return. Smoopy is banned and noone is for sure how long.

    IMHO, I think hc went about it all wrong. One of Phun's most decorated posters, CAI, was also mentioned, with no backlash. He decided to just let it roll off his back. That's the way it should be. Pick your battles, and IMO, that is not one worth fighting.

    Me too man. Not looking forward to the age of doctors at all. I remember before my grandparents passed away, their schedules were filled with doctors appointments. They were busier with that than most people are with working.

    Holecard definitely took the wrong approach and smoopy got what he wanted. Hole seemed very level headed but took the spamalot thread being retired as a personal attack. It just snowballed after that. It seemed out of character for him. Some people deal with adversity better than others

    I don't come here to get irritated, though it has happened a few times. If I feel I can't ignore it and stay in a happy mood, I generally just go AFK for a while or so. If I were to be irritated here on a regular basis, I just would stop coming here. After 40 years of dealing with the public of which a significant percentage thing government employees are sorry people, I had learned how to avoid getting irritated.

    I like to handle things myself. You will never see me run to the reds or sit back and wait for them to handle it. I would have told smoopy how I felt about him and his stupid commentary. As I have done on many occasions already.

    I like getting irritated.......or rather, I dont mind it. Gets the blood flowing and it reminds me im still alive. Besides, I think everyone knows I dont shy away from confrontation. :lol:
