So, again I ask you. Should anyone wearing a weed shirt be stopped and searched. In the scenario you just posed there is positively no doubt of the scalpers guilt. Applying that to your statement regarding the weed shirt, doing so makes the person 100% guilty. Cops should have a 100% arrest rate if they stop and search anyone wearing a weed tshirt.

 

Exactly. People tend to judge things based on appearance. If you wear ski mask into a store, you can't act surprised when people make assumptions about your intentions.

 

The difference being the potential severity of those intentions. Someone who wants to get high and maybe laugh a bit, or mellow out, eat some munchies vs. someone who could potentially cause bodily harm or worse in their pursuit of money. Big difference in my observation.

My point was that if you wear stuff that suggests you smoke weed, then you can't be surprised if people assume that you smoke weed.

 

Actually this is what you said. Being arrested is a far cry from just people suspecting you smoke weed. Your post makes it seem like they deserve to be arrested for weed possession simply because of a shirt they were wearing. A shirt squashes any hope of redemption?

No kidding. I must've re-written that thing like four times, and it still didn't come out the way I had it in my head. It all made sense in my head....

 

To be fair, id like to think theres a reason I tied 2nd for best post content yet do not regularly post any real content. Its strictly on the merit of my words, usage and interpretation skills.

 

I've always told people that is the one skill I wish I had: putting my thoughts into words. For some reason, it's something I find very difficult. It doesn't help that I have a slight case of dyslexia when it comes to typing.
