Are those Dvd rips allowed?

 

He calls them rips in his titles but I doubt full dvd rips are 15 mins, 6 mins and 4 mins. Ill remove rip from the titles.

Seriously? You're going to correct spider? If there are several issues of a magazine published in a month, how many of those issues are going to feature the same person on the cover. Honestly, the day of the week is hardly that important under the circumstances. Live with it.

 

I'm not correcting him. He didn't know the specific issue. I've done this for him plenty of times in the past, and he's never had a problem with it. Or if he has, he's never said anything to me about it.

 

The pertinent issue is that you're reporting something that doesn't matter. Is the title misleading? No. Is all the necessary info included? Yes. Does the omission of "14" from the title make the thread unsearchable? No. As much as I admire your eye for detail, under the circumstances you're just being pedantic. If the specifics matter that much to someone for the purposes of their filing system, they have what info they need to fill in the blanks. The only time a specific date is necessary is when drawing a distinction between multiple appearances at an ongoing event - like ComicCon, e.g. - or if someone is photographed on consecutive days at the beach, or some other vacation spot. Do you see the distinction?

 

Has nothing to do with the search. It's so people know which issue it is (for their own purposes). And before you come back with 'it doesn't matter', Spider is the one who asked me to post that info in this thread in the first place. You previously told me to direct issues with the celebrity forum to Spider, which is who I posted that message for. If you don't see it as an issue, fine, ignore it. Let someone else address it. You are being just as pedantic by continually changing the intent of the rules to fit your own purpose (if not changing them outright). If Spider has an issue, he can tell me himself.
