  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I got 4 trojans from an imagebam photo. I had every google protection as well as micro defender. Any advice on how to get rid of them? I'm on firefox now and as yet it is not polluted.

    I've never had a problem with imagebam. I also use either Bulk Image Downloader or Imagus to open pics without opening a new tab.

    Odd problem...
    I do a search and it shows that there are 5pages of results...i click on the 2nd page and there isnt one!
    Ex.
    I do a search in the Hall of Fame for PHUN 100 and its shows that there are 10 pages but when i click on page 2 it shows 1 result.

    There's some kind of default built in to the initial results. If there's more than 5 pages of results the first page of the search will show 10 pages, even if there's only 7 pages in reality. Same with less than 5. Initial results will indicate more pages than actually exist. I've encountered the same situation on several vBulletin forums.

    I'm done with google. If they can't stop a trojan they're useless. Mozzilla seems to be doing OK. Is there a Moz/firefox option with either of the programs you noted?

    Both extensions/plugins are available for Firefox. BID is actually a Windows program with an extension that adds it to your browser. Imagus is a browser extension that opens video and thumbnail links by simply hovering your cursor over the image/link.
