    If a member posts something in a lower resolution we prefer it if they add it to the thread with the higher resolution. Normaly i would say the lower resolution thread should be merged. But it can also be removed. It is really mod discretion here.

    d. Alternative versions: Clips with different resolutions may be added to existing threads after 48 hours. The same resolution on different file hosts, and different resolutions may be added to the active thread after 48 hours. Posting of the same resolution on the same host that has already been posted by a different user (and is still active) will be considered a repost, as before.

    I had understood that if I put the same video in the same resolution it was considered repost and it should not be done, and if it could if it was in a higher resolution and the same quality was for different hosts

    • Clips of the same resolution on different file hosts should only be added after 48 hours and must follow mandatory filehost/general posting guidelines.
    • Posting of the same resolution on the same host as an active link will be considered a repost and will be removed.
    • If you want to reup content from an existing thread with dead links as a new thread, you must report the existing thread in forum issues.
    Furthermore, if you are posting an HD clip and a thread already exists, you should post in the existing thread while complying with the above rules. The same goes for SD videos. Dont create a new thread for a different resolution. If you do, it will be removed or merged with the existing thread at the moderators discretion.
