Logo design needed

Another version:

 

I stayed with just the sports you mentioned, but left specific spaces for wave surfing, bungee, downhill, and skydiving. That's why the middle dip is fade out, to give the other silhouettes room. Not sure skateboarding, luge or blading would be sensible tho.

D's NE is almost a perfect logo. I'd just use the N&E tightened up just the way they are. It reminds me of the old OP (Ocean Pacific) brand of the 80's but has its own style. It's really commercial grade work. Only problem I can see with it that is holding it back is the lack of an "X" in extremes.

Maybe I'm missing an artistic use of x. If I am, I'm too stupid to see it, sorry.

I just noticed the wee surfer in the E. What about a climber in the N?

 

I put a climber in there but he was kinda busy. Really, the applications can be tailored to whichever product is being sold. As a logo it's excellent. He just has to fix the spelling in extremes.

I hadn't noticed the spelling mistake until it was pointed out lol. Here is a fixed version, with an added climber, like you suggested Jamms.

The climber finished that off really nicely. I'm very impressed by this, a nice simple but to the point logo, how it's meant to be.
I think I'll just work on the header now

 

Um, never made any intimation it wasnt his. In fact in my response to his first posting it, I mentioned how easy it would be to adapt it to products, The shirt is just an example of his logo in use.

 

I wouldn't have appreciated it. I'd have expected someone to ask before they ripped my work up. It's just rude.

dAlieman, thats awesome, can u make the climber a tad smaller and maybe have a snowboarder somewhere? also is it possible to change the angle of the first part of the "N" to make it more upright and a bit more like an N. Im lovin it tho. Nice and simple just like i had in mind.

But maybe you should space the R and N at the end of Northern cause at first glance it kind of looks like an "M".
