  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    Personally, i think it's quite easy to change the Title when someone, or myself, has added something ...
    Also becomes easier when searching !

    Personally, sometimes I do, sometimes I don't, sometimes I forget.

    Personally, I would just give the thread a quick look anyway to make sure the pics I found arent already in there. Even if the title said adds.

    I always try to check my threads and add if anything has been added.
    But since there does not seem to be a rule, i give up my desire to facilitate. :(

    I gotta say magge, sometimes you have a way of wording things that can be very abrasive. You keep saying if you're a mod, as if that means something. Im a person just like you. I dont get paid to do this. I do this in my free time out of the love I have for this place. If not for that love, Id have been done with this bullshit "job" that garners no appreciation and tons of disrespect. Everyone wants to take a shot at the mods, even you. Why come off as so entitled all the time?

    Why dont people (mods or regular members) put adds in their title? Because they dont feel like it, or they forget or they don't care enough to. They arent compelled by our rules to do so. Yet, you want to chastise people about it.

    Besides all of that, I dont see how "adds" in the title of a thread in any way helps with having to check the damn thread before you post anything to make sure it hasnt already been posted. Thats a general guideline of the forum...avoiding reposts.
